工作职责: Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Program Planning and Management ◆ Plan and manage China-relevant social impact programs to advance connections between Starbucks partners and communities ◆ Design, execute, and manage social impact programs in line with the strategy and objectives; ◆ Promote partner engagement in social impact projects; ◆ Execute other social impact programs as needed. ◆ Manage outreach to internal and external stakeholders to gain ongoing feedback and support for the social impact programs. ◆ Work closely with Communications and Marketing on ongoing social impact story-telling. ◆ Work closely with global teams on planning, execution and reporting of partner activities. Operational and Implementation Requirements: ◆ Work closely with GA and other functions to integrate social impact into partner experience and business operations. ◆ Maintain and refine digital platform to optimize partner experience and elevate participation of volunteer activities. ◆ Manage partners to ensure quality of work, while accomplishing the key objectives and KPIs. ◆ Timely handling of inquiries from partners and stakeholders. 任职资格: Summary of Experience ◆ At least 8 years working experience in social impact, charitable foundation, corporate social responsibility or related fields in China. ◆ Resilient, hands-on manager who displays excellent problem-solving skills and the tenacity to succeed. ◆ Strong capability and confidence to work cross functionally and to build relationships within the company. ◆ Enthusiastically curious about the world of coffee and passion to serve the local communities in which we operate. ◆ To have the capability and confidence to serve as a brand advocate internally and externally. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ◆ Good coordination skills and team spirit to work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. ◆ Strong verbal and writing skills required, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in written. ◆ English and Chinese fluency required. ◆ Strong sense of digital technology and skillset in Internet required. ◆ Ability to work independently to produce quality results on time and in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, multiple-tasking environment. ◆ Proactively moves forward and implements new ways of approaching work to achieve better results. ◆ Takes accountability and continuously seeks feedback from others to improve efficiency and performance.
