Job summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for manage and directing all marketing related activities for Draeger’s Safety Equipment business in China. He/she will need clear understanding of Safety industry trend, market segmentation, equipment application and customer needs. Support leadership team to define go-to-market strategy including channel strategy, product positioning, pricing and promotion for new and existing offerings, and future product and solution roadmaps. He/she will actively engage customer events and content creation to generate demands in the market. This person will also work with the business and functional leaders on all strategy implementation programs related to the marketing function. Responsibility: 61 Work with business unit leaders, sales & service teams, and global marketing team to develop China marketing strategy and execution plans, ensuring flawless delivery of relevant content and events at the right time to customers. 61 Create and oversee the implementation of a customer-centric, multi-channel marketing strategy across all customer touch points in the China market. 61 Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and competition activities to ensure marketing efforts are effective. 61 Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals 61 Collaborate with and support local sales and service teams. 61 Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that is targeted to local market in China including websites, Tiktok and WeChat platforms etc. 61 Develop content localization strategy for whitepapers, infographics, emails etc. 61 Manage agreements and strategic partnerships with external marketing partners, including trade journals, media partners, advertising partners, KOL partners, event vendors, tradeshow partners. 61 Manage budget and report on key performance indicators to measure return on investment. 61 Understand China customers’ needs, strategically position products/solutions to support leads generation, and manage leads qualification and conversion. 61 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 61 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, media outlets, and industry influencers. 61 Develop the China event strategy and execute high-impact live events, including China Fire, ISEE and CEFE etc.. 61 Provide market insights to refine market requirements for new and existing product and services, opportunities for growth and local marketing activity. 61 Collaborate with the product management and R&D teams on localization strategy, local for local product portfolio development, digital strategy etc. Requirement: 61 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent 61 Minimum 10+ years of Marketing's multi functions management experience in multi-national organizations; Safety Equipment or instrumentation industry would be an advantage 61 Strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics in Safety Equipment, Emergency Rescue,Petrochemical, or instrumentation industry 61 Strong understanding and knowledge of PR/KOL, Influencer Management and Digital Marketing 61 Ability to negotiate and influence at the most senior level within the organization and build strong partnerships and confidence across the business. 61 Excellent communication and polished interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with different levels of internal stakeholders and external business partners 61 Strong people skills with the ability to work in and be part of a dynamic team environment. Energetic, bright and hard-working. Forward-thinking and proactive on issues management 61 Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must
