1. GENERAL SUMMARY: a. Drive Fluke calibration business in Northern Regions. b. Balance the long-term strategy with immediate opportunities in keen-competition markets like industrial segments.
2. PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Beat and exceed sales objectives by coordinating with regional sales team. b. Formulate, develop and execute short and medium-term sales and marketing plans in order to achieve strategic goals. c. Work with regional sales team to develop and execute regional market-making plans.
3. JOB COMPLEXITY: a. Work independently. b. Operate in work situations of highly complexity. c. Errors in judgment or failure to get results can affect both short- and long-range sales. d. Need both strategic and tactical thinking.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: a. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related technical field form reputable university. b. At least 5 years’ sales/engineering experience in industrial segments. c. Aggressive, result-oriented, creative, good team player. d. Successful track record on sales and sales management. e. Major account management skill set. f. Channel sales and marketing skill set. g. Strong ethical mind-set and integrity. h. Able to work independently and alison to cross-region teams. i. Able to think outside the box. j. Willing to travel.
