Strong flavoring skills and abilities in dairy products. 83Strong technical team management experience and leadership skill and able to guide the team overcome difficulties and continue grow, this individual is capable of envisioning opportunities for company and its departments to create mutually beneficial partnerships and optimization actions.
Responsibilities 83Collaborate and support China commercial team to develop and execute business growth strategies; 83Define, Initiate and implement technical driven Dairy & Dairy alternative innovation project according to company and customer’s strategy and market insight to grow business strategically; 83Actively communicate with customers to provide valuable technical solution to key account customers, improving win rate; 83Responsible for the technical communication with related department and colleagues during the project implementation process; 83Trouble shooting for internal and external clients. Provide technical support to the key customers and align with regional sales to complete the sales target; 83Provide Technical trainings to grow the regional team members; 83In accordance with the requirements of GLP and ISO requirement to manage daily work.
Requirements 83Master degree or above, major in food technology; 8310+ years working experiences in Sweet Goods and Dairy research and development, familiar with various dairy production technology process. Experienced in dairy business and flavour business is preferred; 83Good communication skill and teamwork spirit, hardworking attitude; 83Fluent English in written and oral; 83Ability to organize teams, tolerance to frustration, dynamic, work under pressure, good personal relationships and personnel development.
