As Leading Stylist, you will be committed to serve and attend to the customer’s needs and enquires, ensure visual merchandising standards are always adhered to and replenishment of stocks and ensure all available styles are properly displayed.

Key Process Accountabilities 主要职责:
Daily store sales 日常店铺销售
- Meet growth targets for stores, operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately 实现销售指标增长,高效准确地操作POS
- Work with team to consistently produce excellent customer experiences through service and interaction, cleanliness, VM and store atmosphere 与团队合作,通过客户服务和互动,整洁的门店,视觉陈列和品牌氛围,持续不断地创造卓越的店铺体验
- Work as a team to achieve satisfactory Mystery Shopper results and implement follow up action plans when needed 作为团队成员,协助团队达到满意的神秘顾客评分
- Communicate consistently within the team to ensure compliance with store procedures and deal with customer queries/ complaints effectively 与团队内部保持沟通,遵守门店的政策和程序,快速有效处理客户查询与投诉问题
- Actively focus on minimize loss of product in our store by promoting security awareness 通过提高安全意识,积极关注并减少店铺的产品损失
People Management 人员管理
- Assist store manager to provide support for the team member recruitment, orientation and development 协助店长为店铺团队成员的招聘、入职、培训及发展提供支持.
- Communicate consistently within the team to ensure compliance with store procedures 与团队内部保持沟通,遵守门店的政策和程序
- Work as a team to deal with customer queries/ complaints effectively. 与团队合作,快速有效处理客户查询与投诉问题
Product and Inventory Management 产品与库存管理

- Assist store inventory management, ensure all products in the store are enough with right quantity. 协助店铺库存管理工作,确保店内商品完整,数量正确。
- Ensures all available products are well-organized stockroom and achieve loss prevention targets 确保所有在售产品都整洁的排列在仓库中,并注意达成防损指标


Job Requirements 岗位要求:
Education 教育背景:High school or above 高中及以上
Experience 工作经历: At least 2 years' retail or relevant experience 至少2年以上零售或相关岗经验
Knowledge 知识:
- Excellence in sales and personnel management 具备较强的销售以及人员管理经验
- Understand customer service standard, product and fashion了解服务标准与产品,紧跟时尚潮流
- Action oriented and deadline focused, along with commitment for delivering results 行动导向,聚焦期限,以及承诺交付成果
- Strong analytical and calculation skills, proficient in using OFFICE software. 较强的分析、计算能力,能熟练使用office办公软件
Interpersonal Skill 技巧:
- Good communication, organization, coordination skills 具备良好的领导、沟通、组织、协调能力
- Confident, energetic, self-motivated team player, with willingness to “hands-on” 自信、热情、有上进心,注重团队合作精神,踏实肯干
- Be able to adapt fast-paced work 能适应快节奏的工作
- Communication skills in English is a plus 具备一定英语沟通能力者优先
Travel Requirement 差旅要求: As required 根据需要
