Responsibilities: 区域销售经理(Regional Sales Manager) 1.Responsible for the business in the target area, make and implement sales planning, management, maintenance and development (负责分管区域的业务工作,拟订并落实市场销售计划,管理、维护、开发); 2.Improve the sales tunnel and fulfill the sales targets and sales payment (销售渠道的完善,完成所负责区域产品的销售任务和销售回款目标); 3.Setup, maintain the customers’ relationship, and conduct the negotiation, solution planning and follow up the potential customers and finish the regular report (建立、维护所辖区域的客户关系,进行商务谈判,提供解决方案,对潜在客户 进行定期跟踪,定期提交销售进度报告); 4.Collect, organize and feedback the marketing data report and give the improvement opinion (收集、整理、反馈区域市场数据及分析报告,并对公司提出有价值的改善方案); 5.Marketing support for the new project and good idea for the sales strategy and valuable improvement ( 对公司的新项目开发提供市场支持,提出销售策略、销售政策的修订建议) ; 6.Know the customers ‘management status well and keep the relationship (掌握客户的经营状态、保持密切关系); 7.Know the delivery, payment, return goods well (掌握发货、回款、退货情况); 8. Work together with other departments for the marketing and products promotion (配合相关部门做好本区域市场开发和产品推广工作); 9 .Responsible for the customers management, make sure the distributor loyalty and sales ability, prevent the market risk (负责客户管理,为客户服务,加强渠道忠诚度和销售能力,避免市场风险); 10.Can adapt to short-term or longer business trips. (能适应短期或稍长时间出差) ; 11.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor (上级领导交待的其他工作)。
Qualifications: 任职要求: 1 .College degree or above, major in mechanical. (大专及以上学历,机械相关专业); 2.At least 3 years working experience in sales or sales technical support, familiar with machine tool accessories related products, experience in current cutting machine tool or tool related industry is preferred. (3年以上销售或销售技术支持工作经验,熟悉机床附件相关产品,有金切机床或刀具相关行业经验优先); 3 .Familiar with the area and the surrounding customers, be able to actively access to new information and develop new customers to ensure that existing customer satisfaction (熟悉本地区及周边客户,能够积极获得新的信息和开发新客户,确保现有客户的满意度); 4 .Good communication ability and team work (良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 ); 5.General English(英语一般)。
