工作职责: 1. Support CMO management team on Purchasing Request and payment handling, including SAP system operation, data collection and verification, tracker maintenance and internal & external coordination. 2. Review invoices from all CMO vendors and resolving invoice issues working together with internal SCL, GRDS, Finance team and external CMO vendor counterpart. 3. Proactively manage the operational pack activities (schedule, timelines, etc.) of the CMO ensuring project cost, quality, metrics, delivery and technology objectives are met as well as manage the partner performance to achieve them. 4. Collaborates with Supply Chain Lead, Sourcing team, QA, DP planner, Label Team as well as Logistics Team on relevant activities to ensure FG demands are met. 5. Support internal & external audit including but not limited to Finance team’s regular audit, Health Authority inspection etc. 6. Establish work priorities to meet targets and timelines.
任职资格: 1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Science or Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar education required, Supply Chain Management, and/or Management of Science or equivalent filed is preferred. 2. At least 4 years relevant working experience 3. Project Management - Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget. 4. Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data. 5. Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook. 6. Experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred).
