Job Descriptions:
1.0202 02Draft, review and revise contract/bidding documents and other legal documents for complicated commercial projects to provide timely legal support to different internal business streams and functions
2.0202 02Provide corporate governance services to internal domestic/international entities
3.0202 02Assist in internal policies-making, improvement and deployment
4.0202 02Support dispute resolutions in the areas of contract dispute, employment, etc.
5.0202 02Develop standardized legal document templates for further internal reference
6.0202 02Conduct legal trainings to management team & internal business streams and functions
7.0202 02Identify potential legal risk areas of the company to provide improvements
8.0202 02Coach and lead sub-team members for legal services
9.0202 02Benchmark with industrial/domestic and international legal practice to keep legal team abreast to new laws, regulations and trends for better legal service
10.0202 02Coordinate with external resources for complicated legal services
11.0202 02Provide daily legal advice and capable to conduct legal research and analysis on complicated legal issues

Job Requirements:
1.0202 02 Advanced University degree in Law (e.g. LLB, LLM).
2.0202 02 Meets local legal license requirements.
3.0202 02 More than 6 years' experiences in the area of Legal advisory, counseling within a government agency, law firm, and/or in-house legal department.
4.0202 02 An employment within a multi –international company or a Chinese / western JV is a plus. 02
5.0202 02 Working experience outside of China is preferable02
6.0202 02 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills02
7.0202 02 Proven ability to build up effective relationships across boundaries (business and
02region) within the company and with clients
8.0202 02 Famillar with IFIA, UN Global Compact, Compliance relevant law and regulations.02
