610202020202020202020202 Plan and implement identification and development of phase-appropriate chemical syntheses and processes to support programs reaching from preclinical to commercial stage
610202020202020202020202 Interface with management on priorities to drive the discovery, development and implementation of safe and cost-effective synthetic routes
610202020202020202020202 Build, train and supervise emerging team of in-house process chemistry scientists
610202020202020202020202 Work cross-functionally within the organization to enable timelines and help meet deliverables
610202020202020202020202 Steward Tech Transfer of processes to CMOs and oversee/monitor implementation
Qualifications:
61 Synthetic Organic Chemistry educational background
61 Have interest and passion in Process Chemistry and science
61 Familiarity with modern homogeneous and asymmetric catalysis in organic chemistry
61 Basic working knowledge of cGMP requirements and ICH regulatory guidelines
61 Experience working with CMOs is a plus
61 Chinese language skills desired
