1. Organize supplier quality management work, including supplier development, supplier audits, and tracking and resolving supplier issues, ensuring delivery and improving delivery quality rate, reducing losses caused by supplier quality issues. Follow the 8D reports till the issues are resolved.
2. Develop an annual supplier audit plan and conduct audits according to the plan. Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations to improve the quality of supplied parts. 3. Responsible for the supplier's quality performance evaluation, urge the supplier to improve the quality problem. 4. Work with suppliers for the continuously improvement. Improve suppliers’ quality performance by using proper quality tools and management skills. 5. Plan incoming material inspection requirements and update incoming material inspection instructions and deal with unqualified materials
Qualifications: 1. College degree or above, major in manufacture engineering, quality management is preferred. 2. More than 3 years SQE management experiences. 3. Use ISO9000 and supplier quality management knowledge well, familiar with IATF 16969 system is preferred. 4. Use quality tools, eg. 8D, SPC, QC 7 methods, etc to solve and evaluate quality issues. 5. Use OFFICE software, excel & minitab is preperred.
