Key Responsibilities Receptionist for external customers, receive phone calls and make arrangement; Follow office admin policies, procedure to implement Admin tasks; Direct supervision, and management of housekeeping; Take care of office arrangement, i.e. office expansion / decoration/ move project, associate name cards, meeting room management, office housekeeping, ensure the office safety, constantly enhance EHS consciousness; Authorized for airplane tickets, hotels, and car arrangement on time to improve associates satisfaction; Office related contract management including Yearly or Monthly budget application, payment ect.; Arrangements for outing activities, organize the public activities: including team building, Christmas party, and related company activities etc.; Evaluate & manage Admin related vendors, to deliver qualified service and control costs; Complete recruiting procedure independently, including talent searching and reserving; Entrance and leave admin support relates; Ensure the completion of boarding/demission process, transfer for associates, and labor contract renewal; Assist line manager to complete other HR/Admin projects or works as request. Education, Background and Skill Requirements 02 Bachelor’s degree or above, at least with 3 working years in admin/HR field. 本科以上学历,具备3年以上人事、行政相关工作经验; Good English writing and speaking skills, organizational and communication skills, good team work spirit. 良好的英语读写能力,沟通能力,团队协作能力; Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 熟练使用办公软件; Good integrity and trust.
