Position Overview: The role is to build up and maintain relationship with design firms, PM Company, fitting out contractors and users. And distributions development and management is also needed. Project sales and project management skills required. 1. Represent Shaw in selling carpet products by communicating the company’s background, brand story, advantages & key differentiators to dealers, A&D specifies, end-users, contractors 2. Actively calling on them to achieve the sales target set for the region 3. Become technical expert, train up dealers' sales team with support of management 4. Identify and explore any potential partners for new markets for growth opportunities 5. Timely submission of sales reports and other information as required 6. With guidance of Regional Sales manager, ensure achievement of dealer sales targets; Minimize conflict among dealers 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of market participants, provide timely feedback on market trends, competition and other information that may have impact on business
Qualifications: 1. A college or University diploma or equivalent is required 2. Previous related building materials selling experience preferred 3. Must be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills 4. Requires good communication skills 5. Requires good time management skills
