工作职责:
61 Reporting to the respective Leader, manage all aspects of module deliverables of the project according to project.
根据项目情况管理项目模块交付的所有方面,并向各个领导进行汇报
61 Management of a team of several employees in the development of module-specific components and systems, taking into account costs, weight, function, quality, deadlines and manufacturability.
考虑到成本、重量、功能、质量、最后期限和可制造性的情况下,管理一个由多名员工组成的团队开发特定的模块组件和系统
61 Coordination and responsibility for the implementation from the design phase to the start of production.

61 Ensuring the flow of information within the development team, the project team and the client.

61 Responsible for coordination with the adjacent and downstream departments, attributes, system suppliers and the client. This also includes stays at the OEM/system supplier at home and abroad.

61 Presentation and clarification of the work results to the Leader and project team. Active management of all parties involved to achieve the project objectives.

61 Preparation of decision-capable presentation documents for decision making and increasing the level of maturity within the framework of project and design reviews. Timely and clean preparation of meeting reports.

61 Active and clean project documentation (BOM, release documents, CAD data, etc.) including change management.

61 Describing the paths to achieve the module goals, as well as implementing and controlling measures to achieve the module goals.

61 Demanding, taking note, checking alternative concepts from benchmark/competition analysis etc. (product and process) and their implementation

任职资格:
a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
61 Rich experience on automotive engineering development, with a demonstrable record of delivery of the accountabilities for the IP&CNSL or DP module.
在汽车工程开发方面具有的经验,并有成功交付主副仪表板或者门板模块的可证明的记录。
61 Very good knowledge of Interior module-specific components. This applies to concept and prototype creation as well as series development. Also good knowledge about IP&CNSL or DP and the production technologies.
对内饰模块的具体组件有非常好的了解。这适用于概念和样件创建以及量产开发。同时对主副仪表板或者门板制作工艺有足够的了解。
61 Strong technical project management with proven evidence of decision making and escalating critical items to senior management.

61 Good language skills and communication in English including technical vocabulary. German language skill is an add-on.

61 Good organizational skills and ability to project manage design tasks both internally and with the supplier(s).
