40 vehicle models should be supported, which includes new project launch, data update and standard update. One person is required to complete the workload.
The main tasks are structured as followed. A detailed process description will be provided.
I. CoC certificate generation and maintenance: a. Generate new CoC certificates for new models, approved by CQC. b. Update CoC certificates for existed models with data update. c. Maintain CoC overview list. d. Ensure homologation data to external department all correct and up-to-date. II. Fuel consumption documentation: a. Hand over FC label documentation to MIIT. b. Summarize the fuel consumption of all models for CQC when required. c. Withdraw expired FC labels. III. Test report generation and maintenance: a. Support homologation project team to fill test reports based on provided technical data b. Translate and summarize relevant test data in reports c. Work on team procedure and IT system development to keep refinement for test report process IV. Support on homologation vehicles and parts management: a. Support to monitor homologation vehicles and parts availability b. Support to arrange vehicle and parts checking and archive vehicle specification in system c. Support to place shop order for necessary vehicle rework or maintenance d. Support on vehicle transportation and other logistic tasks V. Support on part certificates and other CCC homologation relevant tasks a. Support to download part certificates and check the completeness and validation. b. Support project team to track technical data issues and keep optimizing IT tools and process c. Support project team to maintain CCC certificate list d. Support project team to upload MDS to CQC timely e. Support project team to generate NIR documents and NIR checking
Requirements: University/college degree mechanical or automotive engineering Experience at least 2 year Testing experience in field of automotive emissions is advantage Fluent English writing, speaking & reading is strongly required Diligent, detail oriented, structured, good communication skills Ability to handle high amount of data Familiar with office software (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
