Job responsibilities - Prepare technical and commercial information for customer service to create offer and/or order in IBIS - Negotiate selling conditions with customers, in accordance with internal rules - Update commercial forecast on a regular basis, submit area sales objectives to management team to finalize budget and 5 year plan - Visit and meet regularly customer to have a deep knowledge of their needs and of competition - Follow up orders, delivery time, payment and shipment - Promote attractive solution for customer but ensure benefits for the production in term of cost/recovery - Visit customer to collect cash if necessary - Develop relationship with customer – decision maker - for long term perspective - Coordinate with Product-Application and/or Quality department in case of quality complain by customer - Prepare the sales reports including month report, sales statistics (orders and lost orders) and markets updates. - Participate to establish strategy in his business area/country - Participate to technical-commercial meeting to understand global sales situation and define together action plan - Other special assignment by superior.
Job qualifications Education:Silicate or ceramic Engineer background is a plus Others: - Fluent in both written and spoken English - Good communication skills - Customer oriented - Resistant to stress - Highly motivated
