- Preparation and filing of annual PRC Individual Income Tax ("IIT") returns for foreigners working in China and Chinese working outside China; - Preparation and filing of monthly withholding IIT return for Chinese employers; - Perform Arrival and Departure meetings with foreigners working in China and Chinese working outside China; - Dealing with enterprises and personal clients on IIT compliance related affairs; - Dealing with Chinese tax authorities over IIT related issues; - Communication with cross functional departments and all level employees; - Cooperate with team members to work on projects as required; - Review the work done by junior staffs and provide appropriate coaching where required; and - Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Background
- Bachelor degree or above, master degree in overseas or IELTS no less than 7 is a plus - Experience in professional firms (e.g. auditor, lawyer, HR consultant) or with knowledge of individual income tax law or HR compensation and benefit is a plus - Proficient in both spoken and written English - Possess good communication skills in responding to client enquiries - Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure - Good computer skills (excel, word, PPT) - Self-starter and good team player - 2 years or above Individual Income Tax related experience, or 3 years or above non-Individual Income Tax experience
