Job responsibilities: 1. Know market information in China, know customer’s new and special technical requirement, know competitor’s information and update related databases, 2. Know Saint-Gobain SEFPRO marketing information, including catalogue, technical specification, public articles, marketing recommendations, and introduce to the customers together with sales managers and sales engineers. 3. Monitors and evaluates the success of the company’s marketing programs and segmentation strategies through analysis of customer and sales data; reports on patterns and trends; 4. Participates in the design of special internal or external studies to provide focused data; 5. Conducts or oversees contract studies; 6. Interprets the results of special studies; 7. Contributes to the development or revision of marketing strategies. 8. Support sales and customer service people in technical area. 9. Assistance to customers in their site when they have question of product application. 10. Arrange the translation of the new articles of our group for publication in famous local magazine to introduce our new products and service. 11. working in close connection with SEFPRO Product-Application department/SGRS/CREE etc. 12. Other special assignment by superior. Job requirements: Education: bachelor degree in silicate or ceramic major or relevant major Others:long time working experience in glass and refractory area. Fluent in both written and spoken English - Team spirit - Minimum 3 year working experience and good knowledge in glass and refractory area. - Disciplined and structured. - Highly motivated individual, a self starter. - Has good customer’s base and information sources
