Partner with the best As the ODS APAC CWI Leader, you will own/develop Global growth strategy across three main buckets: Direct sales/Channels Business/Alternative Business Models. You will collaborate with relevant OFSE stakeholders to ensure our objectives are met in full compliance with a proper execution pace. As the ODS APAC CWI Leader, you will be responsible for: · Analyzing and developing market information to understand current and potential space for ODS business · Owning/developing ODS Global strategy addressing “Direct Sales+Channels+Alternative Business Models” and aligning with the relevant Stakeholders addressing proper business coverage · Collaborating with OFSE & Region leaders to drive commercial intensity and visibility regarding critical execution · Developing a sustainable&scalable pipeline to positively impact short-term execution and long-term strategic growth objectives that is Margins and cash accretive · Understanding/Developing/Pursuing Alternative Business Models that may include “Master Service agreements/Technical service agreements/Alternative funding/Franchising, Licensing/Manufacturing partnerships, etc. that support Regional localization Agendas · Planning and monitoring supply chain and pricing actions to meet and beat quarterly and annual targets Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have significant Oil & Gas experience with proven at least 10 years' experience in CWI · Have a Bachelor or Master in Business / Science / Engineering · Have more than 5 years' relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and/or Commercial roles · Have an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow · Have excellent communication, interpersonal, selling and leadership skills.
