Responsibilities Perform Territory accountabilities · Animate E2E accounting community and networking in the assigned cluster and beyond. · Facilitate territory committee discussion and topics alignment. · Support statutory part of legal entity optimization, M&A and PMI activities.
Ensure Financial statements compliance. · Ensure implementation of accounting policies and related Key Internal Controls. · Validate Statutory Financial Statements serving for both local and group reporting purpose. · Ensure compliance with the local statutory rules, issue resolution with local authorities. · Touchpoint of entity external audit, ensure smooth audit process.
Ensure Accounting process efficiency and quality · Monitor E2E accounting processes to meet biz request and embedded controls. · Manage closing procedures, approve provisions and manual entries. · Carry out Accounts Analytical Review by interacting with the different stakeholders. Finance Transformation · As a member of Territory Accounting management team, jointly lead and upskill high-performance team. · Continuously driving touchless reporting process and digital controls. Support global transformation projects.
Education: Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting Certificate: One of CICPA, AICPA and ACCA, or another equivalent Years on Job related Experience: At least 10 years professional experience with 3 –5 years’ experience in Big 4 (audit) and Key role within operational or financial functions with broad view of ERP, processes, and compliance mindset Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Expert of IFRS, sensitive to number, excellent analytical competence, and good presentation, communication skill English, Chinese Simplified; Strong in professional accounting and influencing skills
