Essential Responsibilities: 74 Responsible for the coordination among customer (airlines or engine MROs in China/APAC region), CFM/GE Aerospace fulfillment team (spare channel, repair channel and CFM Materials) and other regional teams (CSM, FSE, etc.) for CFM56 customer daily fulfillment. 74 Support CFM56 material CPM to deliver the quarterly and annual financial target for new parts, component repairs, USM as well as the customer satisfaction. 74 Own the demand/supply dashboard for each MRO in China/APAC region, especially for the critical parts visibility and forecasting. 74 Organize and support quarterly and annual performance review with customers; Track and drive action items closure such as customer return, quality investigation, data collection, etc. 74 Continuously improve the standard work, operation process by utilizing FLIGHT DECK. 74 Flexible working hours to interface with multiple functions in global sites. Minimum Requirements: 74 Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of Services / Commercial / Engineering / Supply Chain experience. Desired Characteristics: 74 Experience in operations, supply chain, or customer delivery in Aviation or Power industry. 74 Experience in customer relationship or other external partner relationship management. 74 Demonstrated ability to analyze data to drive improvement and deliver outcomes. 74 Proven ability to effectively collaborate in a highly effective team to achieve results across large matrix organizations. 74 Detail orientated and driving closure of actions; Task and prioritization skills; management of multiple workstreams. 74 Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
