Job Responsibilities: 1. Managing the implementation of small to medium projects 2. Provides overall leadership and support to project team members 3. Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks. Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly 4. Adheres to program and project governance (controls) 5. Plans the overall project and monitors the progress, and performs daily project management throughout the project’s life cycle 6. Manages the project’s budget and financial performance 7. Coordinates the projects, their interdependencies, risks and stakeholders 8. Manages and utilizes team resources 9. Aligns the deliverables to the project’s “outcome” 10. Search and close business opportunities. 11. Performs other duties as directed.
Requirements: 61 University Degree in Engineering. 61 Strong project management and team leadership skills. 3-5 years with depth understanding of project management concepts 61 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation experience. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences 61 Strong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills 61 Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment 61 Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability 61 Excellent organized planner with forecasting skills. Customer and problem-solving oriented culture 61 Commercial background to identify and close business opportunities 61 Experience in certification of product functional/mechanical/electrical/blade requirements as per IEC 61400-x normative. Experience with NIWE requirements.
