Position: MarCom Procurement Project Leader Job Description: Customer Needs and Category Market Knowledge Communicate with stakeholder and operation managers to understand the customers’ needs Ensure change management, effective communication and alignment with stakeholders Dedicated category market research and study, understand market trends and best practice Category Management Develop local sourcing strategy, manage local sourcing projects in close collaboration with the stakeholders to provide convenient Sourcing Solution and Platform, focus on digital marketing, branding, press release, etc. Contract and Price negotiation and drive total cost saving Participate and support global/local sourcing projects and/or Supplier Relationship Management projects Monitor sourcing project status and supplier performance metrics Compliance and Risk Control Ensure adherence to Procurement Policy/local Procurement SOP’s Develop and manage local contracts and ensure that all contracts are legally adequate Supplier Relationship Management Manage local key suppliers and establish local consistent collaboration, communication and issue resolution Optimize supplier enablement in the procurement system (catalogs, contracts, e-business)
Qualifications and Experience Preferred Bachelor or above degree Preferred 3+ years of Indirect Procurement MarCom experience Can lead cross-function team projects Excellent stakeholders’ management skill Good communication skill (EN/CN) Fluent English & Mandarin
