Be responsible for medical strategy and tactic plan and medical input in brand strategy to maximize product`s value;02
Engage in the medical tactics actively in assigned therapeutic area including medical affairs, Continued Clinic Education (CMEs), advisory boards, KOL development, scientific reviews, Investigator Initiated Trials, phase III study etc.;02
Develop relationships and engage national KOLs in scientific activities to ensure medical contribution;02
Manage the medical training and share the update literature with business team accordingly to ensure medical knowledge of internal customer;02
Review promotional materials and any other documents related to medical content to ensure medical compliance;02
Assess for new product in BD stage.02
Requisite Qualification & Experience:02
13Master degree or above in clinical medicine, doctor degree is preferred;02
Major related to the assigned therapeutic area is preferred;02
Clinical practice is mandatory, and more than 3 years’ experience as a clinical doctor is preferred;02
More than 3 years medical affairs working experience in pharmaceutical company, more than 5 years is preferred;02
Competence in solving complicated problems;02
Good communication and cooperation skill;02
Good English oral and writing skills, be proficient in office software.
