Responsibilities: 1. Develop and target new and major accounts. 2. Attend business meetings as appropriate 3. Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with clients through direct contact or delegation 4. Monitor the activity of team members 5. Conduct regular internal training about case study and improvement of clients’ experience 6. Build up positive impact in the team spirit 7. Agree on company and individual targets and report progress and forecasts 8. Preparing the reports according to the business requirement from the management team 9. Execute sales programs approved by the Sales. 10. Director in line with company guidelines and participate in the definition of the programs.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience, including sales team management experience and preferably in the media/advertising industry, but other areas of the industry are welcome as well. 2. Bachelor’s Degree or above. 3. Ability to discuss business and communication strategy at all levels with the market, for a wide range of industries and types of clients. BD, consulting and sales experience could all be valuable. 4. Fluent in English and Mandarin. 5. Strong negotiation skills. 6. Able to work under pressure and target oriented. 7.
