职责描述：
1、作为德高北京机场销售团队的一员，负责特定行业的广告业务，***限度开发现有客户户外媒体计划，并利用现有及新联系人开发新客户；
2、成为机场广告这一高端户外广告媒体的专业人士，成功为公司签订高额订单；
3、管理并跟进客户订单流程，了解客户需求，与公司内部客服、运营等部门配合使流程通畅无阻；
4、与代理公司和客户合作量身定制广告方案，体现德高的***户外媒体形象
1. Be part of JCDecaux Airport Beijing Sales team and take charge of dedicated advertiser industries. Optimize existing account OOH campaigns and develop new clients through new and existing contacts.
2. Become an expert of Airport advertising; the high-end media in the outdoor advertising business in order to achieve high-amount contracts.
3. Manage sales order process coordinating with customers, acknowledge and understand customer requirements, and expedite the process with internal departments such as Customer Service and Operations;
4. Develop tailor-made media proposals hand in hand with media agencies and advertisers to enhance TOP brands recognition in China.
任职要求：
1. 具备较强的自我激励能力以及锲而不舍的工作态度；
2、具备与客户高层交流沟通的能力与技巧；
3、具备出色的客户服务意识与能力及较强的写作技巧；
4、具备出众的组织协调能力以及解决问题、排除问题的能力；
5、大学本科以上学历，商务、市场类专业优先；
6、3-5年中等以上规模公司高级销售经验（不限于媒体行业）；
7、流畅的中文或英文交流能力，具有其他语言能力更佳

3. Must possess excellent customer service skills and good writing skills;
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
5. Degree in Business, Marketing;
6. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a medium or large corporation (not necessary in media industry) at a sales position.
7. Chinese and English is a MUST; additional languages a plus
