Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be the consistent point of contact for DIN and BHAS product group customers and business partners of ELSB, and using your customer support skills and knowledges, you will provide internal and external customer support and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. 61 Customer contract management, order execution. 61 Customer support such as handling customer issues of technical, logistics, certification related, delivery improving, etc. via coordinating with Marketing & Sales, Product management, Operations, and other internal and/or external functions. 61 Tracks delivery performance and provides analysis and prediction to management. 61 Commercial support to order handling team such as Customer, Credit , Pricing and sales related master data maintenance, AR collection, overdue payment, special discount follow up and auditing. 61 Sales analysis and demand forecast through modeling the data. 61 Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Qualifications for the role 61 Bachelor degree or above in International trade, with a minor in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science or other quantitative subject preferred. 61 Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses. 61 Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 61 Expertise in at least one statistical software package, preferably Python or R. 61 Extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills . 61 A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data. 61 Sound knowledge of ERP system especially SAP. 61 Fluent in written and verbal English. 61 Strong skills of office software, especially with Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc. 61 A collaborative and team spirit, solutions-oriented approach and strong cross function coordination skills. 61 Responsive and proactive behavior; demonstrated responsibility for and ownership of customer issues.
