* Understand customer pain points and gather requirements to design and execute O2O activities that enhance Bayer's O2O sales opportunities. * Collaborate with the brand strategy team to design O2O advertising campaign plans, manage operational content, and maximize exposure for Bayer's core brands. * Establish strategic partnerships with key O2O platforms to integrate internal and external resources, enhancing and optimizing the efficiency of O2O business collaboration. * Explore leading multinational companies' O2O practices. * Continuously improve and enhance operational efficiency by exploring and establishing an O2O operational management system based on big data insights. * Manage O2O operational activity costs and monitor activity effectiveness to ensure the efficiency of input-output ratios.
任职要求
* Over 3 years of operational experience with O2O platforms, with a preference for experience in new retail operations or e-commerce;at least 2 years of experience in CRM or user operations. * Strong channel development and maintenance abilities, good organizational coordination and negotiation skills, and a strong spirit of collaboration. * Excellent event planning capabilities and strong data analysis and insight skills. * A certain level of cost awareness, able to approach and address issues from a business management perspective. * Willingness and ability to consistently achieve high-performance results.
