Your tasks and responsibilities: 1. Efficient and effective deliver operation training for POC product to customer or business partner, help customer and business partner’s service team to correct operate our product. For plug and play type POC product, can deliver installation independently. 2. Carry out troubleshooting and complaint handling from application perspective, fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality, able to analyze common technical problems, summarize solutions and product data. Follow company policy and all related SOP/EHS to fill up forms, documentation to ensure all actions being trace. 3. Familiar with laboratory QC concept and process/tools to help customer achieve good QC performance. 4. Develop or localization of training materials and best practice experiences to help fulfill responsibilities, contributing to the Service Revenue generation and CS becoming a profit center by proposing new services we can sell to BPs and end-users. 5. Communicate academically with in-company or ex-company experts to keep up updated technical skills or messages. Ensuring the efficiency of technical and scientific information to customers and business partners, partly the after sales service to make sure that customer needs are covered timely and correctly. 6. Achieve company, organizational and personal goals to ensure business development. 7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or company, like site survey, customer visit and etc. Your qualifications and experience: 61 At least 5 years working experience with a proven good record in IVD Service, POC branch is preferred; 61 Adequate IT knowledge, include basic network communication, sever/client concept, SQL database concept, etc. 61 Good command of computer skills is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications. 61 Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED DX operates. 61 Bachelor’s degree in technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostics.61 Good command of English skill, CET-6 is required.
