KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

- Collect and analyze the China and international market information and fully know the market and competitors, and then generate related sales strategy.
收集并分析国内国际市场的信息,充分地了解市场和竞争环境,制定相应的销售策略。
- Be responsible for implementing business plan and achieve business goal.
负责执行公司战略及业务计划,实现业务目标。
- Be responsible for customer relationship management at all levels .
负责各级客户关系的维护和管理。
- Follow up on sales opportunities with distributors and end user.
跟踪最终客户的销售机会。
- Be responsible for collecting and feedback customer voice and request, resolving potential issues including quality specifications and requirements, identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
负责收集和反馈客户声音,解决客户的问题(包括质量问题),识别风险和改进机会。
- Assess customer's financial situation and judge potential risk with SKF's financial impact.
利用SKF的财务影响评估客户的财务状况,判断潜在风险。
- Be responsible for acting on good quality of the order book and timely payments together with customer service and other relevant stakeholders.
与客户服务及其他相关利益部门协调合作,高质量的完成订单交付并及时回款。
- Be responsible to manage the full process from customer enquiries or business opportunities until successful sales.
负责从客户询价或业务机会开始到最终销售成功的全流程管理。
- Understand the customer's stage in the product or business life cycle and join technical discussions with AE and expert about customer needs or complaints to identify sales opportunity.
了解客户在产品或业务生命周期中的阶段,并与应用工程师和专家就客户需求或投诉进行技术讨论,以确定销售机会。
- Represent SKF as the knowledge engineering company providing value propositions through the five platforms.
代表SKF作为知识工程公司,体现公司价值主张。
- Optimize the total business life cycle of the SKF offering.
优化SKF产品的整体商业生命周期。
- Support on ETO and other new solutions going to market and share successful stories.
支持ETO(工程到订单)等新的解决方案进入市场并分享成功经验。
- Contribute to aftermarket business development.
为后市场业务发展贡献力量。
- Run the operations according to the SKF Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Policies, and work according to the SKF Quality Management System. If the operation is EHS certified, work according to the SKF EHS Management System.
根据SKF行为准则、环境健康安全(EHS)和质量方针行事,并按照SKF质量管理体系工作。在已通过SKF EHS认证的营运部分,需遵循SKF的EHS管理体系要求行事。
- Commercial & technical support to other SKF Sales Units out of China.
给予中国之外的其它SKF销售单位在商务和技术方面的支持。
- Coordinate and organize customer visiting activities and meetings .
协调、组织客户拜访等活动或会议。
