Provide exceptional lab instruments services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services.
Collaborate closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless integration of services.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
Assist service sales to win more service orders and contribute to our ambitious growth targets.
Actively contribute to PPI projects to identify effective strategies for improving work quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Bio Engineer, Machinery, Electronics, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
Minimum of 3 years' confirmed experience in field service.
Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers.
Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
