工作内容: Achieve service sales budget related to service contract including new and renew and won/lost analysis Manage sales activities for different status: warranty expire, winback (new opportunity for no contract), renew, etc. Regular sales forecast, opportunity update and following action plan to achieve sales budget are required. Manage sales pipeline through appropriate stages: engage, follow-up, solution present, negotiation and order closed. Ability to collaborate with regional team and distributors to penetrate service business to end users Accountable for contract customer retention by coordinating service deliver and service quality, develop service solution upon customer needs to get more share Train and consult sales and distributors for selling service Data and system management
职位要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above major in biology, medical related 2. Work experience on long term customer relationship approach 3. Consultative sales and negotiation skill, prefer >3 years sales in clinical service sales 4. Legal and commercial knowledge 5. Be familiar with service contract and terms 6.
