Your role and responsibilities eCommerce (ABB Shop) for ABB Motion aims to deliver superior customer experience, by providing a one-stop shop for ABB’s customers and enabling high-quality interactions throughout the buying jour-ney. The eCommerce Implementation Lead (APAC) is responsible for the fast and successful scaling up the ABB Shop platform to countries in Asia, as well as additional divisions. You bring a rapid scaling, innovative, and collaborative mindset - able to move fast and deliver in a multi-functional and cultural environment within a large multinational organization. 61 Develop, get buy-in from stakeholders, and execute the ABB Shop country onboarding and de-ployment roadmap 61 Work in coordination with the local sales organization, directly with customers and channel partners 61 Requires thorough business processes understanding across multiple Divisions and functions (Ranging from Service, Product, and System/Project sales) 61 Assist project team with business requirements translated into functional and technical design documents. 61 Manage relationship with 3rd party system partners/integrators to deploy platforms in full, on time, and within budget 61 Develop clear and fact-based recommendations for senior management in an easy-to-understand yet comprehensive way 61 Coordinate and network with other applications and team leads to ensure smooth deployment of eCommerce needs for customers. Qualifications for the role 61 Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of experience in implementations/rollouts of eCommerce /digital initiatives. Consulting experience in eCommerce would be a plus 61 Ability to work and deliver under the pressure of deadlines and commitments to the customer 61 Experience with eCommerce, ideally holding a project management role on at least one full-scale project 61 Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 61 Customer-facing with solid communication skills, including virtual and in-person presentations. 61 Verbal and written fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
