General Description: this role is responsible to lead the entire marketing strategy and communication and promotion plan for the North Asia hub and contribute to the hub overall business strategy. Responsibilities: · Understanding of the market trend and dynamics replated to the HV portfolio · Deliver sophisticated data-driven analysis to support the strategic business initiatives. · Regular updates for the market intelligence and competition movement. Lead the exercises including MIMO, GTS etc. · Provide market input to support BU 2030 strategy plan · Develop, lead, and drive the overall market communication plan which is to be aligned with overall business priorities. · Lead all hub units and sales team to implement the yearly market promotion events, exhibitions, and roadshows. · Promote company and HV’s brand, success customer cases, etc., by leveraging the multi-channel media · Lead BU-lead marketing campaigns, measure the effectiveness of each campaign on SFDC setting KPIs. · Building and organizing training sessions for the competence development Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree and above · 5+ years of experience in Electrical industry · Experience in manufacturing and sales of Electrical products is preferred · Experience in market analysis, consulting is preferred · Need strong structured and analytical thinking · Fluent English on speaking and writing
