- Organize installation field fulfill Schindler (China) installation procedure;
组织安装现场执行迅达（中国）安装流程，确保工程目标的实现；
- Work out installation annual plan/section work action plan to achieve all the index that company issued;
制定安装年度/阶段工作行动计划，完成公司下达的(VFO)各项指标；
- Work out installation annual finance budget, investment plan, human resource and training plan;
制定安装年度财务预算和投资计划及人事，培训计划；
- Control and approve all the installation fees and expense and construction report according to branch authorized scope;
根据分公司的授权范围，控制和审批各项安装费用开支，施工报告；
- Support sales department on installation business requirement, and ensure the handover between NI and EI;
支持销售部门有关安装业务方面的需求，并确保安装与綌按时顺利交接；
- Manage and develop partner’s installation team within region;
管理和发展区域内合作方安装队伍；
- Deal with complaints occurred during the installation process to improve the customer satisfaction;
处理区域内安装过程中的投诉问题，提高客户满意度；
- Enhance the construction and management of installation team, and train and develop employees to improve their business level;

- Manage the public property like installation and debug tool to ensure they will not undergo the expected loss;

- Ensure the safety of installation employee and partners’;

- Personally reaffirm the Operation S&H Policy and Goals on an annual basis. Personally express your commitment to the S&H program and your role in providing a safe place for all your employees to work. S&H issues always included in every meeting agenda. Personally, by example, demonstrate that safety is part of every job.
亲自重申公司的年度安全健康政策和目标，亲自表达对安全健康的承诺和为下属提供安全工作环境的任务；每个会议议程都包含安全健康话题；以身作则、亲自示范安全是每项工作的一部分。
- Participates in job site SH inspection, carries out observations (Safety Walks). Ensure follow-up of agreed safety actions to address any items identified. Annually audit each Direct Report on their level of participation in the S&H program. This can be completed during the annual performance appraisal
参加工作现场安全与健康检查、进行观察 (安全巡视)，跟踪安全行动计划并确保完成；年度审核下属参与安全计划的程度并反映到年度绩效评价结果中。
