Day to Day Responsibilities: Lead developments and propose engineering programs in equipment design and modification that can improve or enhance the current process capabilities. To assist with the leadership of field support teams during the installation and checkout of new technology and designs. To maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment to meet the manufacturing target. To ensure the inclusion of new designs into rebuild and new construction Appropriation Requests. To ensure Mechanical/electrical drawings, operation manuals and software packages are archived properly within the plant. Create project charters, project plans, resource plans, cost estimates. Leading project team to achieve project deliverables and timeline. Document and track activities, scope changes and lessons learned. Assess project status and adjust project plan to ensure timeline, budget and deliverables are met. Focus on continuous improvement to drive effective and efficient deployment and integration processes. Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed.
Education & Experience: BS above (include) degree and major in engineering (prefer Mechanical engineering). 3 years above in relative job experience. Required Skills Familiar with statistic data analysis. Familiar with equipment design, selection, purchase, start-up, and debug. Good trouble shooting skill. Good in AutoCAD or other engineering drawing program. Good presentation and reporting skill. Good parts management and maintenance coaching skill. Can work independently by him/herself and also work well within team group. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability. Creative and with strong continuous improvement work characteristic.
