Job Description: Support in RRMC Greater China Region Sales Channel Development incl. but not limited to area of: - Conduct market research in UHNWI population, competitor network, luxury market, etc, contributing to network development planning. - Fulfill dealer network development process incl: new dealer selection and setup, buy & sell, exit, etc. - Project management of VID 2.0 dealer facility upgrading, steering the project timeline, coordinating design and supply between dealers and central team, conduct pre-opening final check, etc. - Work as a bridge of facilitating communication between GWD and dealers, incl. dealer portal application, dealer change request, etc. - Dealer data maintenance: contacts list, dealer agreements, performances and financials, compliance check, etc. - Travels might be needed. - Other supporting work in SCD department.
Competence and Skills Requirement: Soft Skills - Strategic thinking and with operational ability as well as attention to details; - Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility/ownership; - A quick learner with growing mindset and willingness for new knowledge and skills; - Flexibility and teamwork spirit, can work under pressure.
Hard Skills - Excellent in business intelligence /market study, data mining, analysis and reporting; - Proficient in Office, i.e. PowerPoint and Excel. PowerBI is a plus; - Project management skills with interest in architect. - Prefer to established experience in dealer network development from an OEM or consulting firm. - Fluent in English.
