PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) - Communication and coordination in aspects of contract, invoice, progress payment application, project progress and situation, etc. - Coordinate and support sales team for activity approval internally process - Coordinate and support sales team for activity application and expense report / payment process - Creates reports and performs analyses from daily business data. - Monthly report collect and consolidate, data checking and analysis - SAP data entry - Provide daily logistics support to regional sales team - Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor degree preferably with the major of administration/ BS - At least 2 years working experience in sales admin role from MNCs SKILLS: - Good problem-solving skill - Good communication / collaboration skill - Proficient in Excel, PPT, SAP, QTC - Strong sense of responsibility and ownership - Good English written skills
