SUMMARY: Assist to enhance Health Care Compliance (HCC) communication and training program locally under supervision of the Health Care Compliance Manager in JJIM China, to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness. Assist to implement training & culture engagement program (GETt) and advanced digital solution development and dashboard development to enhance compliance culture of accountability. PROFILE: 61 Position reports to the Health Care Compliance Manager. 61 Requires strong communication, organisational and analytical skills. 61 Ability to take complex business situations and develop solutions to ensure compliant growth is achieved. 61 Background may include Compliance, Accounting, Legal, Regulatory or Auditing. 61 Proven track record in delivering results, self starter and ability to manage complexity a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 61 The Senior HCC Specialist will assist HCC manager to effectively upgrade local compliance portal and lunch training& communication project to enhance compliance culture. 61 Support HCC manager on arrangement of compliance champion network, annual compliance week, compliance open day, training campaign and quiz. 61 Prepare training materials to support the HCC manager to implement training and communication strategy. 61 Track and analyze training and reading record on the compliance portal to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance communication and training. 61 Sort and maintain the compliance e-book to establish a channel for broadening the compliance awareness. 61 Conduct periodic data analytics and develop dashboards to identify risks and share insights. 61 Work closely with cross-function stakeholders and vendors to implement the upgrade of compliance portal and persona tool. 61 Track the compliance project spending and update with latest budget allocations for compliance projects initiated by HCC. 61 Support team members on monitoring, investigation process, as needed. 61 Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
