工作职责 * Lead the development and execution of strategic access evidence plan and timely dissemination of access dossiers, including, but are not limited to, portfolio access strategy, health economic model, value story deck, internal HE training, quality improvement demonstration. * Collaborate with cross-functional partners, provide pricing and HEOR expertise to identify key evidence gaps to secure coverage, reimbursement, and continued access to Bayer products, establish and closely collaborate with external stakeholders. * Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with key external experts and influencers to deliver value messages and technical content. * Lead the development and execution of strategic access evidence plan and timely dissemination of access dossiers, including, but are not limited to, portfolio access strategy, health economic model, value story deck, internal HE training, quality improvement demonstration. * Collaborate with cross-functional partners, provide pricing and HEOR expertise to identify key evidence gaps to secure coverage, reimbursement, and continued access to Bayer products, establish and closely collaborate with external stakeholders. * Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with key external experts and influencers to deliver value messages and technical content. 任职要求 * Scientific background with major in health economics, public health or pharmacy, preferably with some business insight will be preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in health economics or market access within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy, or similar experience. * General understanding of China healthcare policies, global HTA Systems. * Good spoken and written English. * Ability to work collaboratively in team settings, as well as ability to work independently with minimal direction.
