MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 61 Develop and implement internal and external T&E strategies to support business objectives. 61 Create sales training programs and academic curriculums to establish sales consultant competency. 61 Develop physician training programs to fulfill physician learning needs and provide clinical support along their learning pathway to establish SBPP standardization and demonstrate MDT’s strong academic partnership. 61 Collaborate with the Global training team and medical affairs team closely to leverage SOU resources and optimize programs for creating implemented tactics. 61 Support medical affairs, such as clinical trials and KOL academic needs, to generate strategic programs for strengthening the Medtronic education branding image. 61 Work closely with other marketing and sales teams to implement educational programs and better serve customer needs and achieve business target. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge / Education - A relevant Business or Science Degree, preferably in Medicine/ Biomedical sciences/ Marketing Job Experience - At least 4 years’ experience in the medical industry and international companies - Experienced in sales/ marketing/ training functions for at least 2 years. Skills/Competency Required - High level of responsibility and quick learning capability. - Presentation and interpersonal skills. - Able to analysis and develop logical plans.
