1. Complete FEA work for EMB development based on program milestones, including performance simulation and CEA work with support of team. 基于项目节点，在团队协助下，按时完成EMB仿真工作，包括性能仿真和噪音复模态分析。
2. Involved in the EMB design and provide necessary input to team to get qualified performance. 参与EMB设计并提供必要的设计输入以得到合格的性能表现。
3. Create and update FEA procedures for EMB product based on customer’s and internal requirement. 基于客户和产品要求，为EMB产品创建和更新仿真操作规范。
4. Quick response to customer and optimize product mass and get trade-off between performance and cost through FEA work. 快速的客户响应，通过仿真工作优化产品重量，并得到性能与成本的平衡。

认证要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, enhanced Acoustics and Vibration education is preferred. 本科及以上，机械工程相关行业，声学和振动背景优先。
2. 8 years‘ or above of structure FEA and CEA working experience in automotive braking product, transmission box, or gear box. 至少8年FEA工作经验，涵盖汽车制动产品，变速箱，齿轮组等产品。
3. Strong background of NVH CAE techniques, deep knowledge of structure NVH theory. 深厚的NVH技术背景，以及结构NVH分析的理论根基
4. Proficiency in CAE software, e.g. Hypermesh / ANSA, Abaqus, Nastran and Optistruct. 较强的有限元分析软件应用能力， Hypermesh / ANSA, Abaqus, Nastran, Optistruct等
5. Skilled in operating CAD software, including not limited to NX/CATIA. 熟练使用CAD软件，包括但不限于NX/CATIA等软件.
6. Working experience with completed EMB/EPB development is preferred. 具备完整的EPB/EMB开发经验优先考虑。
