事业部:皇家宠物 所在部门:销售部 - 京东电商团队 Responsible for JDDS MKT, serve for overall JDDS offtake and sell-in achievement. 1.Take charge of A&P management, ensure investment efficiency to help to drive business growth in sustainable and profitable ways. 2.Manage JD in-site/out-site media investment through working with agencies, improve CPC, ROI, new purchasing rate and other KPIs. 3.Coordinate with CMKT on brand campaigns, joint-category activities, etc. Follow up/execute in planning/designing/execution/reviewing stage. 4.JDDS CRM operation and management. 5.Co-work with JDDS operation team on daily execution, resources application, etc. 6.Data analysis and insights on traffic, consumers, products, trends, etc. 7.Lead or join e-marketing related projects. 8.Other e-marketing related matters. 职位要求: 1.2~3 years FMCG experience, Pet/Infant/Cosmetic will be preferred. 2.Be capable of e-commerce marketing management, JDDS related experience is preferred. 3.Strong business sense on traffic, consumers, products, trends, etc. 4.Skillful agency management and platform negotiation capability. 5.Strategic thinking and learning agilities. 6.Be proactive and driving for result. 7.English skill would be preferred.
