Ethics & Compliance Specialist：
Responsibilities:
80 Independently lead KYC and KYS due diligence activities including reviewing ABC
assessments, identifying red flags, proposing mitigation measures, etc.
80 Collect and assess due diligence material including questionnaires, online research, and
external reports
80 Conduct training on TPM process and third‐party risks
80 Coordinate with, and respond to feedback from, multiple stakeholders involved in TPM
process
80 Play active role in different compliance projects as assigned by central and local
management, such as support Compliance Verification Visit, Internal Audit and Fit Checks

80 University degree suitable for compliance
80 3 years of working experience in compliance, audit, internal control, legal or other relevant
field or at a recognized international third‐party service provider are advantageous
80 Collaborative, team player
80 Analytical capability and organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple tasks
simultaneously
80 Self‐starter, willing to solve challenges and work under pressure
80 Independent, goal‐oriented and systematic way of working
80 Good interpersonal and communication skills
80 Business English and Chinese writing skills and oral presentation skills
