Location:Beijing, China Company Name: HITACHI ENERGY HIGH VOLTAGE SWITCHGEAR CO., LTD., BEIJING Profession (Job Category): Customer Service & Contact Center Operations Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: Your responsibilities: * You will prepare strategic planning based on comprehensive spend analysis and forecast raw material according to budget and monitor market trends. * You will build the required business processes and systems to manage SCM commercial activities, including process development, maintaining of key documents, agreements and contracts. * You will develop and implement sourcing activities together with Localization Engineer, through sourcing activities. * You will monitor product cost and negotiate material price with supplier to reach saving target. * You will track and improve supplier performance include OTD, service, communication etc according to HE policy. * You will lead material sample qualified process and drive the whole process. * You will be leading or coordinate outsourcing activities and handling all internal outsourcing process. * You will travel to visit key vendors on a regular basis, lead and push supplier claims process. * Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background: * You hold master's degree in relevant field. * More than 1 to 3 years of experience SCM. * Handson or good knowledge in technical/engineering is preferably. * Proficiency in English communication.
