职位描述
Job Summary
This position is responsible for support and implementing sales activities to achieve SMN Department’s business plan.

Job Responsibilities
1.Assist sales to complete sales work through professional sales activities, such as (not limited); (40%)
a.Prepare quotation, tender and contract.
b.Project financial, including project created and make plan cost in SAP, release payment notices to clients, apply billing and VAT, etc.
c.Update basic data: client data/ report status/ PN and income/ related systems;
d.Serve the assigned customers and keep good cooperation with them
2.As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress;(20%)
3.Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;(20%)
4.Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;(10%)
5.Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager;(10%)

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.At least 1 year assistant sales /marketing experience;
3.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
4.Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
5.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills; need to communicate with internal and external sources to support project management smoothly.
7.Skilled in the use of office software including Excel, Word and Powerpoint etc.
8.Fluent in written and English; Be qualified for documents transportation and negotiation face to face.
9.Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
