Job Summary Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. This includes providing strong leadership and direction to ensure that guest satisfaction and employee performance are in line with the goals set by the Director and the Company.
Major Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to day entertainment operations, ensuring that shows and events run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. Lead, mentor and support the Entertainment Stage Management teams and Performers, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and high performance. Work closely with Casting and Talent Support teams to ensure performers are prepared and supported. Collaborate with key departments such as Production and Events, Entertainment Creative, Entertainment Technical, Entertainment Costuming and Entertainment Administration team to ensure all elements of the entertainment are aligned and well-coordinated. Ensure that all entertainment offerings meet or exceed the company’s standards for guest satisfaction. Continuously assess and enhance the guest experience by incorporating feedback and industry best practices. Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring to entertainment Team Members including Stage Management team and the Performers. Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on a continuous basis by keeping Team Members motivated and retained. Ensures Direct Reports are driving Team Member Satisfaction (TSAT) initiatives to increase internal Team Member satisfaction. Ensure that all entertainment operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, creating safe environment for both performers and guests. Quickly and effectively resolve any operational issues or emergencies that arise during operations, ensuring minimal disruption to performances and guests experiences. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Must be able to relocate to Beijing. Consistent attendance is a job requirement. Very solid knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Scheduling and Management experience required. Must be detail-oriented and have great organizational skills. Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a good team player. Flexibility and adaptability. Problem assessment and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English speaking and writing preferred (candidate can provide a certificate i.e., TEM-4, TEM-8, CET-6, TOEFL/IELTS).
Education Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Theatre Design or Theatre Management or equivalent experience of a minimum of 5 years within the Theatre, Theme Park, or Cruise line entertainment industries.
