· Coordinates the efficient deployment of new product releases, including but not limited to: sales enablement materials, messaging, website optimization, and responding to ad hoc product queries.62
· Develops and/or contributes to the creation of content supporting various product lines and ensures the efficient production, localization and delivery of marketing materials62
· Liaises with Product, Clients and Sales to identify product enhancement opportunities and assists Product with the prioritization of product backlog.62
· Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and monitors, tracks and understands the progression and relevance of product enhancements in the marketplace from sprint cycle to go-live date.62
· Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify product gaps, potential new offerings, and methods to continuously improve product offerings.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is required. Experience working in a B2B organization is an asset.62 · Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Journalism, Marketing or Communications is required.62 · Advanced writing / editing skills is required.62 · Bilingual English / Mandarin written communication skills are a strong asset.62 · Working knowledge of current trends, practices and techniques in Product Marketing is required with working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).62 · Proficiency with SharePoint, CRM systems like Salesforce, and Desktop publishing software like Adobe Creative Suite is required.62
· Advanced listening and verbal communication skills to understand stakeholder needs or problems and respond clearly and concisely.62
· Advanced time management and ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously, attention to detail and organizational skills.
