You will interact closely with the Hub China Compliance Head and collaborate with local and headquarters compliance teams, as well as business colleagues from various departments. How You’ll Make an Impact 61 Completing tasks in Operational Compliance to ensure strictly compliant business conduct in respective areas. 61 Staying close to the business and ensuring the Compliance system is well-established by: o Adopting and promoting global and local compliance guidelines/updates. o Holding regular meetings with business management. o Timely identifying potential compliance risks in business operations and development. o Providing training and communication to different target groups, including blue-collar workers. o Offering daily consultation on compliance questions. 61 Supporting compliance topics such as Export Control and Data Privacy, and managing tasks like training, communication, and the Compliance Controls Program (CCP). 61 Coordinating and participating in projects like Integrity Week and various workshops to reinforce compliance awareness. What You Bring 61 A minimum of 2 years of Compliance or Legal experience. 61 A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law or a related field, or equivalent professional education combined with relevant work experience. 61 Outstanding communication, training, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal). 61 Confidence in facing challenges and handling complex issues. 61 Self-motivation and a creative approach to learning and growth. 61 The ability to work under high pressure and in a methodical manner. 61 Proven great teammate with the ability to collaborate effectively.
