Position: Marketing Officer Report to: Marketing Section Chief Job Summary: To be responsible for performing credit and financial analysis and ensuring that all the customers under the respective assigned loan portfolio obtain necessary information and are properly managed / carried out as well as soliciting deposit from customers in compliance with Bank’s Lending Policy and related rules and regulations. Responsibilities: 61 To prepare Credit Application to be in accordance with standards by ensuring all relevant information and related document, annual review of existing customers, along with comments of Marketing Section Chief 61 To attend Marketing Section meeting to discuss current status of all outstanding issues 61 To monitor and develop report of loan repayment activities, call reports, credit proposals and applications, follow up the business of customers, utilization for credit facilities as well as raise all potential problem account for early signs of problems to Marketing Section Chief for review 61 To liaise internally with other business units with regards to Credit, Operations, Compliance and Audit matters to ensure that work is appropriately processed, also assist and facilitate in preparation of reports, and ensure the compliance with branch’s policies are pursued 61 To support Marketing Section Chief in solicitation of deposit and on accompanying and interviewing in site visit/ customer call, manage existing customers and pursue good new potentials, perform data collection and analysis with regarding to customers’ credit worthiness 61 To establish and negotiate, terms under which credit will be extended, including costs, repayment method and collateral requirements 61 To serve as a contact officer for non borrowing accounts and loan relating to bank services 61 To have the capability to seek potential customers in various industries 61 To perform other tasks as assigned by Marketing Section Chief Job Specifications: Technical Knowledge 61 Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or other related fields 61 Understand organization culture 61 Understand the organization structure, roles and responsibilities of each function thoroughly 61 Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and services Skills 61 Inter-personal and problem solving skills 61 Initiative, hard working and being able to deliver quality results under pressure 61 Keep alert on market movement and local as well as international economic news world wild 61 Proficiency in both Chinese and English in particular good written and verbal communication skills 61 Credit and financial analysis 61 Good knowledge of products, customers’ applications/ uses, demand/supply dynamics and other aspects of business industries Experiences Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
