职位 You will responsible for implementing sales and premier account support. Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Know premier account and develop the target market. Follow up responsible premier accounts and optimize the use of expenses budget. * Implement overall business strategy to keep a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and result cross BAs’ sustainable growth and yearly target is achieved. * Build and own strong partnership with leverage of resources for ensuring premier accounts’ requirements is met; Drive the Roche portfolio synergy to provide premier account business solutions. * Manage suitable distributor network, assist and monitor performance of distributors. * Observe competitors closely and cooperation with tendering team and follow up the process in the area. * Coordinate and collaborate with cross functions internally to ensure the business efficiency. * Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager * Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection * Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook) Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should have bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines. MBA will be a plus. Good command of MS office software application. Nice to have intermediate level of English skills to get adapted in multi-national working environment.
